  1. Award certificate for the Infantry Assault Badge in silver. Issued on April 20, 1944. Ink signature from the regimental commander, Colonel Müller. Edge defects and repaired in the middle on the reverse with adhesive tape.
  2. Award certificate for the wound badge in black. Issued in Tarnow on May 10, 1944. Folded and punched.
