Ink signature from a squadron commodore. 3. Award certificate for the War Merit Cross 2. Class with swords. Issued on 3.8.1943. Signed by Oberstleutnant MONTUA (Max ??). (Max Montua was commander of the police regiment center). The certificates are folded in the middle.
