Interesting group of documents of the brothers Pukalla of the 11th Artillery Regiment 8 and 2nd Pz. A.A. 118.
Consisting of:
1. Award Certificate for the Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 28.8.1943. Ink signature of Major General FRIEDRICH JOBST VOLCKAMER VON KIRCHSITTENBACH (Knight's Cross March 26, 1944, German Cross in Gold 3.11.1943). The document is glued on and slightly damaged on the left edge.
2. Award document for the wound badge in black. Issued on 6.2.1944.
3. Award Certificate for the Iron Cross 2nd class. Issued on 3.3.1944. Pencil signature of Major General KARL-LUDWIG ZUTAVERN (German Cross in Gold 28.2.1942).
At the end of June 1944 he was locked up in the Bobruisk area with his 18th Panzer Grenadier Division. In this hopeless situation he then went into suicide.
